Howard Bregman started his career in Cleveland Ohio In1975 and moved to a major law firm in Philadelphia in 1978 becoming a partner in the firm when he moved to West Palm Beach, Florida to help open a branch office of the firm in 1982. In 1988 Howard and the majority of that office left to form Shapiro and Bregman which in 1991, merged with Greenberg Traurig. For most of the next 22 years, Howard managed the West Palm Beach and Boca Offices of Greenberg Traurig before leaving in 2013 to join Fox Rothschild as a partner in their West Palm Beach office until 2017, when he left to form Howard Bregman PA.
Howard has spent his entire career as transactional commercial real estate lawyer, having represented clients in a aspects of real estate including, buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, contractors and owners and landlords and tenants. Over the years, Howard has developed a particular expertise with respect to golf courses, having represented buyers, sellers and developers of golf course and golf course clubs and members in turnover issues and disputes.
